Quantum Software Manager

Overview In this role, you lead a small, cross-disciplinary software team to advance research-oriented software and production-grade workflows for fault-tolerant quantum computing. You collaborate with physicists and mathematicians to deliver robust software that supports ongoing R&D and helps turn prototypes into polished products. You will bridge the gap between science and engineering, shaping software experiences for the quantum error correction effort. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on the state-of-the-art in quantum computing.
