A new locum is available with both Call & Clinic duties for a hospital in Johnstown, PA. Required: BC/BE Psychiatrist with active PA license and ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS AND PALS.Preferred: Geriatric FellowshipSchedule: Initial scheduled needs: March 4th (8a-5p) and March 5th (8a-5p plus night call)Ongoing scheduling needs: M-F 8a-5p clinic, and Weekend shifts weekend shifts are 1 reg and 1 reg plus call as there are 2 providers on the weekend and each takes 1 night call on Sat or Sun. Please provide your availability. Details on Call: Response time 30 minutes,On call weekdays is by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the following morning.On call weekends includes rounding on psychiatric units and see new consultations in the ED and med/surg on Saturday and Sunday.Other notes: Avg Patient Encounters while on call: Varies, Avg Called in whil eon call: Varies, typically 2-4 admissions, plus calls for behavioral issues, PRN medications, non-routine incidents on the unit.
