Alignment with these values is essential to being part of our team.Position Summary Kent Island Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a guest-first mindset.Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression of the resortPromote and embody the VIVAMEE Virtues in all guest and team interactionsProcess guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accuratelyManage reservations, room assignments, and guest requestsAnswer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptlyProvide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractionsHandle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and careCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readinessMaintain accurate records and process payments using the property management system (PMS)Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all timesFollow all company policies, procedures, and cash-handling protocolsQualifications Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and experience with reservation systems (PMS experience preferred)Professional appearance and positive attitudeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysRequirements Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and perform front desk duties consistentlyReliable attendance and punctualityCompensation & Benefits $19.00 per hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible)Health benefits for full-time team members (if applicable)Paid time off (if eligible)Employee discounts on golf, dining and merchandiseOpportunities for growth within Vivamee HospitalityWhy Join Kent Island Resort?
