The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux and Windows system administration, cybersecurity compliance, storage management, backup and recovery operations, and infrastructure support. This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, a current Security+ certification, and the ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. Key Responsibilities * Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Linux/UNIX, Windows, and embedded hardware systems. * Perform system hardening, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing operational support. * Manage enterprise storage environments, including NetApp and other NAS/SAN solutions. * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using technologies such as NetBackup and Veeam. * Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements. * Perform system patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and trusted software downloads. * Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance activities and security audits. * Execute infrastructure changes through established change management processes. * Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventories. * Provide operational support during business hours and after-hours support when required for critical operations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance. * Lead technical discussions, share best practices, and mentor team members. Required Qualifications * Active DoD Final Secret Security Clearance. * Current CompTIA Security+ certification. * U.S. Citizenship. * Experience administering Linux/UNIX and Windows Server environments. * Experience with enterprise storage technologies such as NetApp, NAS, and SAN solutions. * Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, STIG implementation, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. * Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Familiarity with RMF requirements and DoD security standards. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting classified or secure government environments. * Knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise infrastructure platforms. * Experience with configuration management, asset management, and ITIL-based processes. * Additional cybersecurity or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
