HVAC Test Engineer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated HVAC Test Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: HVAC Test EngineerJob ID : 105023Position Type: Full-time with HCLTechLocation: Indianapolis, IndiannaRole/Responsibilities:Work with lab personnel and suppliers to ensure successful completion of test plans and ECS unit buildsProcure parts and equipment required for units buildsSubmit necessary work orders to build & modify units at Client model shopPrioritize completion of Work ordersCreate test plan for units to be testedCoordinate with all necessary departments for testing units in field (Digital, software, hardware etc)Test units in psychometric room to ensure no installation issuesIdentify Client's Factory authorized distributors/dealers across the United States for installationRoll out NDA's, train the distributor & dealerships for installation of the equipmentObtain necessary permits to install units in the field in various statesPresent Field trial readiness plan to Client stakeholders to get necessary approvalsEnsure all objectives of the field trial are metTroubleshoot HVAC equipmentIdentify the issues & report the root cause & corrective actionsAny other work that would be beneficial for the team & ClientProgress reports / Documentation:Update, develop and implement standard work practices for overall field trial processAccurately report and act on any risk identified or notifiedProvide weekly to daily progress reports – depends on progress, risks, needs, etc. associated to the project (field units installation)Provide weekly data analysis reports and findingsPay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $34.38 per hourPay Range Maximum: $42.00 per hourHCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
