You will play a vital role in making our roads and parking lots safer and better-looking by assisting with the application of paint, thermoplastic, and stencils.No experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, we will train you on the technical skills needed to succeed in the pavement maintenance industry.What You'll DoSite Prep: Clean and prepare surfaces using blowers, brooms, and scrapers to ensure proper material adhesion.Layout Support: Assist the Foreman with pulling chalk lines, placing stencils, and setting out traffic cones/safety gear.Material Handling: Load and unload 50-lb bags of glass beads and thermoplastic blocks; assist with loading paint into machines.Equipment Maintenance: Help clean and maintain striping machines, spray guns, and tools after each shift.Safety First: Act as a "spotter" for equipment and manage traffic control to keep the crew and the public safe.What We're Looking ForReliability: You show up on time, every time. This is a critical leadership role for a professional who specializes in thermoplastic application and takes pride in delivering crisp, DOT-spec compliant results.
