Job Title Advanced Manufacturing / Production OperatorBasic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Believing every job should be done right the first time, the Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings. Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we'll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.What You'll Experience Technologies that aren't just top-notch, they're often top-secretA team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what's nextOpportunities to gain new knowledge - as it's discoveredWhat You Bring To The Table A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer deviceAbility to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management systemSolid computer, communication and time management skillsSolid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and mathExperience with Lamination processes and mixing aheasives is preferredWhat Sets You Apart Creative thinking with the ability to multi-taskCommitment to ongoing professional developmentTeam player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team successSalary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
