This full-time position is remote but requires residence in California with local travel for events and community engagement.Position OverviewThis impactful leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, community-centered professional who is passionate about mental health and grassroots engagement. The Area Director will guide local program delivery, build strong relationships with community leaders, and lead inclusive fundraising initiatives to increase visibility and support. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous paid time off plan (22 days in the first year, plus 5 additional days in the second year), 11 paid holidays, a Company-Sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP), and a 10% employer retirement contribution after two years of employment.
