Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Area Director – Southern California Tri-Counties for a mission-driven national nonprofit partner focused on mental health and community empowerment. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous paid time off plan (22 days in the first year, plus 5 additional days in the second year), 11 paid holidays, a Company-Sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP), and a 10% employer retirement contribution after two years of employment.
