This position will be adding value at a crucial moment for the organisation and its budding ecosystem, are you the consultative and strategic recruiter to fill this vital need?KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDelivering high energy hiring for open positions at RootstockLabs: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, onboarding & beyond!Providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboardingBeing a true partner to your internal stakeholders, providing the best possible experience & outcomes for themWorking autonomously, taking the lead in hiring processes from start to finishSupporting the employer branding collaboration through social media, events, and by serving as an ambassador for the organisationManaging & staying aligned with our partners / agencies / suppliers we work withSuggesting improvements, new ideas and creative solutions to our processes and policies within the talent spectrumWHAT YOU BRINGPrevious experience working as a TA or recruitment consultant in web3Proven track record of hiring rockstars and niche talent, both technical & non-technical, across all seniorities, functions and regionsPassion for technical recruiting and an understanding of the complexities within the web3 spaceAbility to measure the principles & culture of a potential Rootie along with selecting the right skillet ‘on paper’A nurtured talent network you can reach outside of the usual sourcing channels in this unique spaceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to advise and coach other Rooties around our talent functionOutstanding organisational and time management skills, with an aptitude for evolving our processes for scale and efficiencyAbility to work autonomously, but also effectively as part of a diverse, global teamConfident and calm navigating the hiring scene under pressureFluent in English, with Spanish is a plus but not essentialROOTIES BENEFITSAt RootstockLabs, we don’t just offer a job -we offer a community.
