This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.Job Duties: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial processing and packaging equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systemsConduct basic electrical troubleshooting and read electrical schematicsAssist with installation of production and packaging equipmentPerform welding and fabrication on stainless and carbon steel componentsMaintain facility equipment, buildings, and grounds as neededUtilize hand tools and machine shop equipment for repairs and modificationsFollow GMP, OSHA, EPA, and food safety regulations at all timesMaintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement effortsQualifications: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferredFood or meat manufacturing experience is a plusFamiliarity with FSIS/USDA regulations preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read written instructions, diagrams, and maintenance schedulesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in cold, loud manufacturing environmentsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#inFood
