DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT)
A Development Assistant is responsible for administrative assistance to their assigned Development Team, creating and preparing documents, performing data entry, updating information in a database, crafting PowerPoint presentations, scheduling, electronic and paper document filing, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, this position requires strong administrative skills, and strong organizational skills.

As a Development Assistant, you will:
Completes and prepares documents.
Maintains and completes entries into a data base, ensuring accuracy.
Creates and maintains reports in Word, Excel, PDF
Creates and maintains reports in online project tracking software.
Assists with preparations for meetings including but not limited to creating PowerPoints, meeting minutes, task tracking and follow up.
Assist with the creation of packets, mailings, filing, etc.
Creates and maintains electronic and paper files.
Assists in gather signatures from executives, notarizing, and shipping documents.
Customer service oriented.
Other duties as assigned by the Market President, Director, or their team.
What do I need to qualify to be a Development Assistant?
Associates degree in Administrative Assistant program, Business Administration, or similar degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be taken into consideration.
Two to three years of administrative assistant experience.
Two to three years of data entry experience preferred.
Must have Wisconsin Public Notary license or can meet the requirements for getting license within 30 days of start date.
Must have strong administrative skills and have excellent data entry skills.
Must have a very high level of detail orientation and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
Must be dependable, reliable, responsible, quality focused, driven, and productive with a strong sense of urgency to get things done and to get things done right, and take pride in work.
Must be team and customer service focused, efficient, take initiative, and have a good work ethic.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
This position does not allow for remote work.
