They design and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with district and state standards, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records. The teacher fosters strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, collaborates to address student needs, and participates in professional development. Their role is crucial in promoting academic achievement, social growth, and a safe, organized classroom environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Listed below are the essential tasks performed to achieve the purpose of this job.
