Identity Intelligence Analyst

Overview In this role you will support DoD biometric identity operations by analyzing and linking identity data from multiple sources. You will build dynamic identity profiles and provide actionable insights through reports and visualizations. You work with cross‑functional teams to enhance identification systems while staying compliant with privacy and security standards. ResponsibilitiesConduct identity exploitation of media to extract and prepare identity attributes for national databasesDetect, exploit, adjudicate, and disseminate digital identity attribute information to support intelligence requirementsPerform identity construction, correlation, and resolution across multiple data sourcesCreate dynamic digital persona files integrating biometric, biographic, and behavioral dataDevelop visualizations and network diagrams (Analyst Notebook) to support targeting and workflowsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve identification systems and processesAuthor technical reports detailing findings and recommendations Key requirementsExperience with identity exploitation tools and biometric/biographic persona developmentKnowledge of image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identificationUp-to-date with biometric technologies, standards, and best practicesCompliance with privacy regulations and security protocolsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, high attention to detailActive Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly5 years experience with a bachelors; 3 years with a masters; 0 years with a PhD; additional four years of experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degreeanalytical thinkingattention to detailcollaborationbiometric attribute analysisfacial recognition/identificationprivacy compliance
