About Univera Univera is a global health and wellness company with the mission, “Bringing the best of nature to humankind.” Our company develops and delivers scientifically supported nutritional supplements and functional health products to consumers worldwide. Building on its legacy direct selling business, Univera has expanded into DTC and recently migrated its digital platform to Shopify as part of its efforts to strengthen its direct-to-consumer capabilities. The company is currently rebranding around a focused set of hero products and investing in building a dedicated growth function to accelerate its DTC business. This role will play a key part in shaping and scaling Univera’s next phase of DTC growth. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead full-funnel growth for our Shopify-based D2C business. This role owns integrated marketing strategy and execution across channels, with a primary focus on scaling Hero Products, building a high-performing marketing organization from scratch, and driving measurable revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and subscription. Key Responsibilities Lead annual and quarterly integrated marketing planning across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels Own growth performance reporting: ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, churn Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) in partnership with Product/Tech/Design teams on Shopify storefront Manage marketing budget, channel mix, and ROI Establish growth experimentation framework and performance cadence Present monthly performance updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership, and provide regular updates to the Board as needed Qualifications 10+ years of experience in D2C, eCommerce, or Growth Marketing, including building and leading high performing teams Experience cultivating measurable revenue growth on Shopify, ideally scaling from early stage ($1M range) to multi-million revenue. Experiencedeveloping and executing multi-segment go to market strategies Hands-on expertise in performance, lifecycle, and product marketing, including managing significant media spend, improving blended CAV, driving ROAS improvements, and leading lifecycle programs that measurably increased LTV or reduced churn. Experience driving creator, influencer, and community powered growth Strong cross functional collaboration and agency management skills Bonus: Experience in CPG, wellness, supplements, or passion-based consumer brands TO BE CONSIDERED If you meet these qualifications, please send a cover letter and resume.
