Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Neurosurgeon, located in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Neurosurgeon will diagnose, treat, and manage disorders affecting the brain, spine, peripheral nerves, and spinal cord. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, performing specialized neurosurgical procedures such as spine surgeries, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, and providing post-operative care. The role requires strong expertise in neurosurgery and the ability to stay updated on the latest medical advancements to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery procedures to treat various neurological and spinal conditionsComprehensive understanding of Neurology and Medicine to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planningExpertise in diagnosing and managing Spine-related conditions and performing complex surgical interventionsBoard certification or eligibility in NeurosurgeryExceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered care and adherence to the highest medical and ethical standardsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex surgical challengesMedical degree (MD or DO) with completed Neurosurgery residency and fellowship training
