We are not just tax preparers.Manage multiple projects, clients, and staff while meeting deadlines.Mentor and train staff, ensuring accuracy and professional development.Communicate proactively with clients and the team about planning results.Review accounting / bookkeeping for accuracy before tax preparation starts.Collaborate with partners on billing and workflow.What It Takes to Succeed:10+ years strong experience in tax preparation and review.Active CPA license (preferred)Organized, efficient, and willing to adapt to our quality control processes as well as high tech work-flow.Solid technical knowledge of business and individual taxation (multi-state a plus).Excellent verbal/written communication—say what’s on your mind (we can’t read minds, we’ve tried).Positive, collaborative, and willing to learn and help others.
