Payroll Specialist Global Payroll OperationsWork location: once a week working from Jersey City, NJSalary range: $70K - $85K + bonus + benefitsAre you a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, handle complex payroll scenarios, and make a direct impact on our employees experience.What Youll DoProcess bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states and countries.Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently.Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting.Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes.Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and/or international payroll.Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paychex.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.Why Youll Love Working HereBe part of a collaborative, supportive team that values your expertise.Work on complex, global payroll processes that will challenge and grow your skills.Opportunity to make a direct impact on employees experience and company success.The posted range is the hiring range for this role a subset of the broader range available to employees over time and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
