Electronics Test Technician

Committed to state-of-the-art production and the highest quality standards and is looking for people who share their passion for innovation.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a hands-on Electronics Test Technician to join a production and technical operations team. In this role, you will work directly with RF, microwave, and electronic technologies to test, assemble, and integrate hardware, serving as a go-to problem-solver who keeps operations running smoothly through technical know-how, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform testing, assembly, and integration of RF, microwave, and electronic systems.Use test instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes to check performance, diagnose issues, and improve results.Build and inspect PCBs, perform soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly with precision.Configure hardware and roll out software updates.Maintain accurate records in databases and electronic documentation systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, applying strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS2 years of hands-on testing and assembly experience.HSD/GED, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of electronic, RF, and microwave technologies.Confidence and proficiency working with test instruments.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on getting it right the first time.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.Ability to obtain and maintain security vetting/clearance as required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Prior defense industry experience.IPC Certification (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001), or willingness to obtain certification.Experience with ERP systems and electronic documentation tools.Basic programming or scripting knowledge for test automation or system control.ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYThis is an opportunity for a practical, detail-driven Electronics Test Technician who is confident with testing, assembly, and integration and thrives on solving technical problems.
