PositionESG Operations AnalystJob DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing: Assist with the development of and implementation of interdisciplinary programming that that align with business priorities and drive engagement with enterprise global strategiesLead optimization of data collection workflows and centralize data consolidation within Workiva to support Corporate Stewardship disclosuresCoordinate and deliver accurate and timely disclosures to external ESG disclosure platforms (CDP, Ecovadis, Sustainalytics, S&P CSA, ISS, MCSI, Bloomberg, etc.)Document and maintain data collection and analytics procedures to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with evolving reporting standardsCoordinate project management for ESG rater engagements, tracking deliverables and facilitating internal data collectionManage the full lifecycle of all Corporate Stewardship information inquiries via ServiceNow cases, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and timely resolutionCreate and maintain internal reference materials to document processes and standard responsesContribute to the development and deployment of performance metrics, collaborating cross-functionally to refine stewardship program effectivenessCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support processes, data, and outcomesSupport the execution of the Corporate Stewardship and Impact ReportWhat We Are Looking For4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experienceExcellent communication skills and attention to detailExperience working in a customer service based environmentAbility to communicate with high level and executive leadershipInterest in ESG or SustainabilityWork ArrangementHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.What’s In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
