You'll come in as an individual contributor, work directly with the owner and Director of Operations, own a market, and grow into Sales Director as we scale. We want someone hungry enough to build something, not just work a territory.What You'll DoProspect and close new commercial accounts: property managers, HOA directors, facility managers, and commercial real estate firms across the DMVConduct site walks and present proposals on-locationManage a pipeline of 30–50 active prospects at any timeHandle inbound residential estimates and convert them to booked jobs — we route them, you close themWork closely with operations to ensure client retention and contract renewalsBuild toward leading and managing a sales team as the business scalesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of B2B outside sales experience — you've carried a bag and hit a numberComfortable in person: site visits, property walkthroughs, relationship-based sellingOrganized self-starter who manages their own pipeline without hand-holdingExperience in commercial real estate services, facilities, landscaping, or building services is a strong plusLeadership mindset — you want to build a team, not just work oneValid driver's license and reliable vehicle requiredCompensation & PerksWork directly with the owner and Director of Operations — no corporate bureaucracy$55,000 base salary + uncapped commissionOTE $90K–$110K in year one; top performers earn moreMileage reimbursementFlexible schedule — results matter, not hours loggedClear path to Sales Director as the team growsFlexible work from home options available.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
