Manager, Product Strategy & Operations

WHAT YOU’LL DO This role is responsible for turning validated product and service ideas into scalable, revenue-generating offerings at ProService. You’ll operate in a startup-style environment within an established organization—owning the space between strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role that requires building structure where it doesn’t yet exist and driving initiatives from pilot to fully operational programs. In this role, you’ll act as a builder and operator. You won’t just help shape the plan—you’ll personally drive the work forward, align teams, and ensure launches succeed in the real world. Success is measured by execution, operational readiness, and client impact—not recommendations or decks alone. Personally drive the execution of scale-up initiatives, moving new offerings from pilot to repeatable, in-market programs Translate strategic direction into concrete, executable plans, including workflows, SOPs, training, and operational tooling Lead cross-functional work across product, sales, service, operations, and technology—influencing outcomes without formal authority Engage directly with clients to support onboarding, validate operational readiness, and refine offerings based on real-world feedback Build and improve operating structure as you go, establishing processes and ownership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Own ongoing program operations for live offerings, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement Support the Entrepreneur-in-Residence with decision-ready updates, clear ownership, and sustained forward momentum This role is execution-heavy and outcome-oriented. It is not a pure strategy or advisory role, a traditional product management position focused on roadmaps or feature ownership, or a people-management role with a large direct team. Success requires range, adaptability, and comfort shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. WHAT YOU BRING You’re energized by building from scratch and taking ideas all the way to execution. You combine sound judgment with strong follow-through and stay effective when the path forward isn’t fully defined. Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority Experience managing organization-wide projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Direct experience working with clients—supporting onboarding, delivery, or ongoing relationships Strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-changing environments Ability to adapt quickly, make progress with imperfect information, and maintain momentum Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves Bonus: experience in sales, account management, or go-to-market operations Bonus: strong spreadsheet skills and practical experience using no-code or AI tools to streamline workflows Location note: This role is expected to be based in Hawaii.
