Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager (Legal Services)Trestle Law is hiring an Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to help us grow.This is not a "cold calling boiler room" role. This is consultative sales inside a mission-driven law firm that serves founders, creatives, and business owners.You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in protecting or strengthening their businesses. Your job is to help them understand their options, guide them to the right solution, and move them confidently through our intake process.We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, confident, and service-oriented. Someone who understands that sales is not about pressure it's about clarity, trust, and follow-through.
