Regional Safety Engineer, Data Center Safety and Health

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous Safety Engineer to join our team. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our manufacturing facility by implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures. Responsibilities - Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to comply with regulatory standards - Provide safety training to employees on proper equipment usage and emergency procedures - Investigate accidents and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into processes - Review schematics, tooling, and equipment designs for safety compliance - Utilize SolidWorks for design reviews and CAM programming for safety assessments - Monitor CNC machines' safety features and ensure proper functioning - Maintain documentation related to safety protocols, incidents, and training records Qualifications Minimum four year college degree in a health and safety, physical science, related field or equivalent experience in health and safety management. 3 or more years with a degree, or 5 or more years without a degree of field health and safety experience in general industry or construction. 1 or more years of experience designing, revising, and implementing health and safety processes and procedural documentation.
