Job SummaryThe Insurance Advisor’s main focus is to close sales. This position uses all resources and leads to begin selling conversations, assess the needs of clients, quote insurance through various carriers, and then sell the best possible policy. This position ensures that follow-up processes are in place. The Insurance Advisor reports to the Company President and provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesServe as an insurance advisor to clients. Analyze their insurance needs and compare to insurance packages availableSell new leads by determining the best protection plan to meet client risk management needsFollow the Company’s sales process Adhere to Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and sales targets Ability to effectively manage client policy inquiries, information requests, claims management, and changes to coverageContact clients at time of renewal. Evaluate policies and find opportunities to increase protection and add policies as needed.Client relationship management.
