From rare, high-grade gemstones to one-of-a-kind custom creations, each design reflects a deep appreciation for artistry and the pursuit of the exceptional.Today, we continue to build on this heritage with a team that values creativity, precision, and a shared passion for luxury craftsmanship.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Marketing Assistant/Executive Assistant, located in Midtown, New York, NY.The individual will:Provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced luxury jewelry environmentHandle scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day operations with a high level of organization and discretionAssist in managing the brand’s online presence through content creation, posting, engagement, and brand storytellingCapture photo and video content of jewelry pieces for social media, website use, sales presentations, and client demonstrationsCommunicate closely with the sales team to support daily requests, coordinate client needs, and ensure seamless internal operationsAssist with client outreach and help maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsContribute to delivering a refined luxury experience that reflects the heritage and standards of the brandQualifications1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, marketing, social media, or a client-facing role (luxury, fashion, retail, or jewelry experience preferred)Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholdersStrong understanding of Instagram and digital content creation, including posting, engagement, and brand storytellingProficiency in creating basic photo and video content using a smartphone, camera and/or editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, or similar)High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility, particularly in luxury or visual product presentationProficiency with office software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platformsFamiliarity with market research and business development supportStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional toneAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismComfortable working closely with sales teams and high-value client interactionsSelf-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without constant supervisionPrior experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is a strong plusPosition Details:Location: Midtown, Manhattan, NYSchedule: Full-time, in-personCompensation: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience), with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within the role.Employment Type: Long-term opportunityIf preferred, you may also submit your resume along with any relevant portfolio or work samples directly to sales@hajibay.com
