Position: Regional Sales Representative (Entry Level)Location: Northeast Ohio (Hybrid)Department: SalesReports To: Director of SalesPosition OverviewThe Sales Representative is responsible for selling fluid maintenance programs and machine cleaning services to industrial, manufacturing, and machining customers. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and positioning service-based solutions that improve equipment performance, fluid life, and operational reliability.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable selling hands-on service programs in industrial environments.What You Will Be Doing - Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Account DevelopmentProspect, develop, and manage customer relationships within assigned territory.Sell fluid maintenance programs, machine cleanings, and related services.Identify customer pain points and recommend solutions aligned with operational needs.Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and contract execution.Service-Based Solution SellingCoordinate with technical and service teams to scope, price, and deliver programs.Educate customers on best practices for fluid management, cleanliness, and machine health.Support on-site evaluations, demonstrations, and service follow-ups.Customer Retention & GrowthMaintain long-term relationships through regular site visits and performance reviews.Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Serve as primary customer contact for commercial and service-related inquiries.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate CRM records for activities, opportunities, and forecasts.Coordinate scheduling and communication between customers and service teams.Provide market feedback to sales and operations leadership.What Will Make You Successful?Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred; technical or business background a plus.1+ years of industrial, technical, or service-based sales experience.Familiarity with machining environments, metalworking fluids, or industrial maintenance preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a field-based role.Key CompetenciesConsultative sellingService solution advocacyRelationship buildingTechnical aptitudeTime and territory managementWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageCompany Paid Life insurance401(k) retirement planVehicle AllowancePaid Travel Expenses
