We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure timely project execution. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Budget and Cost Control: Assist in the development of project budgets and track project expenditures. Monitor project costs to ensure the project stays within the approved budget. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and report them to management. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, schedule, and safety risks. Resolve technical problems and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical aspects of the project. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including internal teams and clients. Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and other relevant departments. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of engineering work and deliverables. Conduct inspections and oversee testing to confirm that work complies with project specifications and quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and specifications. Ensure all project-related documents are properly filed and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
