Finishing/Bench Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finishing/Bench Technician role located in Dallas, TX. The Finishing/Bench Technician will be responsible for working with optical instruments and tools to assemble, inspect, and adjust lenses. Day-to-day tasks include soldering, using hand tools for lens finishing, troubleshooting, and conducting adjustments and quality checks. The role may also involve providing technical support and using test equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality. Qualifications Proficiency in Soldering and using Hand ToolsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solvingExperience with Technical Support and providing accurate solutionsAbility to use Test Equipment effectively in ensuring product qualityStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsWillingness to work on-site in a hands-on, technical rolePrevious experience in an optical lab environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a bonus
