Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.What you can expect:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Compare merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correctDisplay merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote salesReceive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandiseStock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandiseTake inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be replenishedAnswer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.Clean display cases, shelves, and aislesAssist in the implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures utilizing training and guidance provided to support store management within this areaFollow and implement local law/regulations and observation of HUGO BOSS standards regarding Health & Safety at all timesYour profile:HS Diploma required or equivalent experience1-2 years of stock experienceEffective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to handle merchandise, place merchandise, ship and receive productAbility to work with retail operating systems, handle the PC and scanning equipmentAbility to be mobile on the sales floor and stock rooms for extended period of time in a fast-paced environmentAbility to contribute to an effective and productive team/work environmentHigh level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophyYour benefits:Base Pay + CommissionEarned Vacation and Sick time Excellent Health Care, Dental, Vision401K Generous Employee discount The expected base pay rate range for this position is from $16/hr to $17/hr. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
