IT Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to end-users for software, hardware, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and escalate when necessary.
Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems and applications.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
Provide guidance and support for software installations and upgrades.
Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
Attention to detail in documentation and issue resolution.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
Customer service skills and a patient demeanor.
Minimum of two years of experience in an IT support role.
