Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager who will own the execution discipline behind our customer commitments. This role ensures disciplined order management, timely customer communication, coordinated purchasing alignment, and structured cross-functional handoffs to support accurate order-to-cash performance.
This position requires accountability, transparency, and the ability to operate in a high-performance manufacturing environment. Success in this role is measured by execution integrity, responsiveness, and operational follow-through.
Essential Responsibilities
Act as the internal execution owner for customer commitments
Ensure customer orders, changes, and delivery updates are handled accurately and promptly
Maintain clear communication between customers and internal teams
Address customer execution issues with urgency and transparency
Ensure all customer orders and revisions are entered accurately in the ERP system
Maintain visibility of open orders and identify risks impacting delivery
Coordinate resolution of order flow constraints to minimize past-due exposure
Maintain disciplined reporting on order status and execution metrics
Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to ensure materials and priorities align with customer delivery requirements
Monitor sourcing risks and escalate when commitments are at risk
Support expediting activities where necessary to protect schedule performance
Coordinate internal review of rebids and quotes to ensure scope clarity and operational feasibility
Support pricing and delivery alignment prior to customer submission
Ensure documentation accuracy and cross-functional awareness before commitments are made
Ensure clean handoffs between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance
Escalate risks early and facilitate resolution before issues impact customers
Support continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes
Provide direction and structure to Customer Service and Purchasing personnel
Establish clear expectations and measurable performance standards
Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and ownership
Education & Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in a structured manufacturing environment supporting sales operations, order management, supply chain, or production coordination
Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial manufacturing preferred
Hands-on ERP/MRP system experience in a manufacturing setting required
Experience coordinating across Sales, Purchasing, and Production functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while driving results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of order-to-cash workflows and basic margin awareness
Demonstrated ability to operate in process driven environment with clear accountability expectations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Compensation
· Salary range: from $ 80,500 annually, based on experience
· Performance bonus opportunity up to $10,000 annually, tied to individual KPI achievement and terms as defined by Paragon

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Full-time, on-site position based in Everett, Washington
Role requires regular presence on the production floor to support cross-functional coordination and customer execution
Combination of desk-based work (computer, phone, reporting) and time spent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Must comply with all company safety policies, including required PPE when accessing manufacturing areas
