Job DescriptionThe Business & Leadership Studies Program at Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) seeks instructors to add to its part-time adjunct lecturer pool and welcomes qualified applicants. Openings for adjunct lecturers vary, depending on the Program’s needs. Candidates may be contacted if an opportunity consistent with their qualifications becomes available. All adjunct lecturers must complete SoPA’s self-guided training for teachers, adhere to SoPA’s pedagogical requirements, and complete required training on current institutional and instructional platforms.RequirementsCourses in the Business & Leadership Studies Program are offered in online format, consistent with SoPA’s requirements for online course development. The program may need additional adjunct lecturers to teach undergraduate online courses in several areas, which may include:AccountingEconomicsBusiness Writing and Oral CommunicationsBusiness StatisticsManagementAI applications in business contextsLeadershipEntrepreneurship and Small Business DevelopmentBusiness EthicsVarious specialty areas of Human Resource DevelopmentBusiness Law ResponsibilitiesInterested candidates must submit a cover letter and updated curriculum vitae.
