This role focuses on real-time security event monitoring, alert triage, and escalation while working closely with international teams.Fluency in English and Japanese is essential due to global collaboration requirements.Required Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in SOC / Cybersecurity OperationsHands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel)Basic knowledge of incident response lifecycleFamiliarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and NIST standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services or regulated environmentsExposure to global or enterprise-level SOC operationsUnderstanding of threat landscapes and common attack techniquesLanguage Requirement:Fluency in English and Japanese (Mandatory)Strong verbal and written communication skills
