Join our team of experts at Everest Building Consulting Group and work alongside seasoned forensic engineers to assess and document property damages across Florida and South Georgia. What You'll Do: Conduct thorough inspections of properties with damages from fire, water, mold, structural issues, and more. Collaborate closely with our expert engineers to refine your forensic skills. Document findings meticulously and prepare detailed internal reports. Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. Travel within North Florida and South Georgia, including occasional overnight stays. Qualifications: Required: Industry certifications or licensure (InterNACHI, IICRC, HAAG preferred), valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. Experience: Strong background in construction and property damage assessment. Skills: Proficient with inspection tools, methods, and reporting technology; excellent attention to detail and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
