Team Member/Barista

We are looking for someone who can work flexible during the weekday, working 2 or more morning shifts and 1 or more closing shift. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Greet customers and take drink orders. Execute Deployment guidelines to prepare beverages as necessary to complete orders. Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and provide accurate change to customers. Customer Service: Make sure customers are satisfied with drink products and can provide friendly service. Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the shop and complete daily cleaning duties. Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail. Can stand for long periods. Control Food Cost and record any food waste. Maintain food safety and freshness at all times. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Job Requirements: Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends， and/or holidays. Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverage products, cash handling, and store safety and security. Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
