With decades of experience, they counsel and defend management in all areas of employment law, delivering practical, strategic, and business-oriented legal solutions.They are currently seeking Employment Attorneys across California. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality matters while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through a flexible hybrid schedule.Key Responsibilities:Defend employers in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA matters in state and federal courtsRepresent clients in administrative proceedings (e.g., DFEH/CRD, EEOC, DLSE)Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryAdvise clients on day-to-day employment law issues including wage & hour, discipline, leave laws, and workplace policiesDraft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreementsParticipate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparationSupport partners and collaborate with the team on complex cases and client counselingQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the California State Bar1+ years of labor & employment defense experience (plaintiff-side experience will be considered if transitioning to defense)Experience with wage & hour litigation, PAGA, and class actions casesSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $350,000 annually.
