Dispatcher

E Services is a Hotshot, Winch and Rentals company looking to bring on an experienced oilfield dispatcher. We are a locally owned North Dakota company and need someone that can grow with the changes within our company. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and dispatching multiple hotshots, winch trucks and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs. Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from customers, supervisors and other personnel. Using phones and email as a form of communication. Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment. Preparing daily work such as schedules. Being in charge of communications within the company. Tracking of rental equipment in and out of the yards. Keeping and organizing work, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, inventory records and other information. Knowledge of Samsara is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Excel preferred. Daily Customer and Employee interaction. Skills and Traits: Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent verbal and written communication Attention to detail Confident and personable Works well under pressure Able to handle fast pace and constant change Qualifications A minimum of 1 year experience. Must be able to work independently, take ownership and responsibility for all work done with attention to detail. Must be proficient with computers Must have reliable transportation to/from work Work Schedule: Rotating Schedule - 5 Days on 4 Days off.
