HR Recruiter
DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit industry, based in Sacramento, California. This role involves recruiting caregivers, counselors, case workers and managing a high volume of applications and inquiries. You will be expected to use your skills in CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Full Cycle Recruiting to achieve these tasks.Responsibilities Conduct full cycle recruiting activities to fill various job roles Utilize CRM and Applicant Track System to manage and process applications Conduct background checks to ensure the safety and credibility of potential employees Engage in regular communication with applicants and employees to ensure clarity and satisfaction Manage recruiting personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process Handle a high volume of recruiting activities, ensuring each task is completed in a timely manner Use your knowledge of Benefit Functions to aid in the recruitment process Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities Assist in the recruitment of caregivers, counselors, and case workers Use the CareerBuilder platform to reach a wider audience of potential applicants.Requirements Proficiency in Careerbuilder software for recruitment purposes. Demonstrated ability to effectively use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems for recruitment and candidate management. Experience in conducting Background Checks in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Knowledge of Benefit Functions and their role in employee retention and satisfaction. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Previous experience in Recruiting within the non-profit sector. Ability to manage various Recruiting Activities efficiently and effectively. Experience in managing Recruiting Personnel, including training and performance monitoring.
