We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and dynamic team.
Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from sports injuries, joint surgeries, spine conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You’ll work one-on-one with patients in a high-quality care environment that prioritizes individualized attention and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, and modalities as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with referring orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and in-house team members.
Educate patients on condition management, injury prevention, and post-rehab strengthening.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR, including evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries.
Maintain high standards of professional ethics, communication, and patient satisfaction.
Stay current with orthopedic rehabilitation trends and continuing education.
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Certification in good standing
Current or pending Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License.
CPR/BLS Certification required.
1+ years of orthopedic outpatient experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply).
Strong manual therapy skills and passion for musculoskeletal rehab.
Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and activity levels.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow within a supportive private practice setting.
