We provide design, installation, and maintenance for residential clients and are known for a thoughtful, high-touch client experience from concept to harvest.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced landscape professional with strong construction estimation skills and regenerative knowledge to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role leading installations, developing accurate estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and true to design intent. The right candidate will help grow sales and build the field team, with a clear path into full management.
Key Responsibilities
Estimation & Project Management
· Develop accurate landscape construction estimates and budgets
· Review plans and specifications; interpret CAD drawings in the field
· Determine materials, quantities, and labor needs
· Manage project schedules and coordinate multiple jobs
· Work closely with designers, subcontractors, and vendors
· Track time, materials, and job performance
· Maintain clear communication with clients throughout installation
Field Leadership & Installation
· Lead ecological and edible landscape installations
· Supervise crew members and provide on-site training
· Install perennials, trees, shrubs, raised beds, and food gardens
· Ensure safe, clean, and organized job sites
· Uphold design integrity and quality standards
· Document projects for internal tracking and marketing
Regenerative Landscape Maintenance (Growing Division)
· Support development of a maintenance branch serving specialty landscapes
· Oversee ecological maintenance crew operations
· Provide ecological plant care: pruning, soil health, mulching, seasonal planting
· Manual weed control (no herbicides or pesticides)
· Monitor plant health and recommend adjustments
· Collaborate with designers to improve plant performance
Qualifications
· Proven landscape construction estimation experience
· Hands-on landscape installation experience
· Strong plant identification skills (natives, edibles, ornamentals)
· Experience interpreting CAD plans
· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
· Strong communication and client-facing skills
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varied weather
· LCB license or ability to obtain within 90 days
Preferred
· Knowledge of regenerative or habitat-based landscaping
· Familiarity with non-toxic pest and disease management
· Experience growing food or medicinal plants
