This is not a machinist rolethe position focuses on the operation of flatbed die cutting equipment, manual trimming and stripping, and careful inspection and packaging of parts. Flexible working hours are available, and the job is ideal for someone with prior experience in the printing or die cutting industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain manual and automatic flatbed die cutting machinesPerform manual stripping and trimming of cut componentsVisually inspect parts for accuracy and qualityPackage products according to customer and internal specificationsMaintain cleanliness and safety of work areaAccurately follow job tickets, drawings, and work ordersReport material shortages or equipment issues to supervisorAssist with other production duties as neededQualificationsExperience in die cutting or the printing industry requiredFamiliarity with flatbed (e.g., platen, clamshell) die cutting machinesStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic computer knowledge including MS office Positive attitude and team-focused mindsetDependable and punctual
