Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s livesOverview:The Senior Property Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of high-touch condos and co-op buildings. This person serves as the primary advisor to boards, owns the overall building experience, and ensures accountability across operations, financial performance, compliance, and capital projects. Unlike traditional models, they are supported by specialized Daisy teams (facilities, finance, compliance, resident operations, and project management), enabling them to focus on leadership, decision-making, and board-level advisory rather than administrative coordination. Please note internally this role is titled Senior Account Manager.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for condo/co-op boardsLead board meetings and provide clear, strategic guidance on building operations, budgets, and capital projectsOversee day-to-day building performance across operations, staffing, vendors, and resident experiencePartner with internal Daisy teams to ensure execution across facilities, compliance, finance, and projectsManage escalations and complex building issues with professionalism and strong judgmentReview financials, support budgeting, and advise boards on financial and operational prioritiesEnsure visibility and accountability across capital projects and NYC Local Law complianceDrive proactive communication, responsiveness, and operational excellence across assigned buildingsWhat You Bring:10+ years of NYC condo/co-op property management experienceStrong experience working directly with boards, residents, and high-touch buildingsDeep understanding of NYC building operations, vendors, staffing, and complianceStrong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, reserves, and capital planning)Experience managing capital projects and Local Law complianceExcellent communication and executive-level presentation skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability across stakeholdersCalm under pressure, highly organized, and strong ownership mentalityCompensation:This role offers a salary of $110K-$140K, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
