OverviewThe Turnover Package Lead - BSS / TCCC is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of system turnover on a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project. This role serves as the final authority for turnover package approval, ensuring proper care, custody, control, and documentation from construction through testing, mechanical completion, commissioning, and formal handover.This position requires a high-level (\"helicopter view\") perspective, coordinating across multiple disciplines while maintaining a complete, audit-ready turnover documentation trail from project initiation through final handoff. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and controlAct as the final signatory for turnover approval following EPC testing, mechanical completion (MC), and commissioningTrack and coordinate turnover readiness across HVAC, electrical, structural, and building systemsMaintain a complete and defensible documentation trail from early construction through final turnoverEnsure turnover packages comply with project requirements, GMP standards, and owner expectationsParticipate heavily in coordination, readiness, and review meetings with EPC, construction, commissioning, and owner teamsProvide oversight of how system documentation is generated, reviewed, compiled, and transferredSupport both greenfield and brownfield project environmentsRequired Experience & QualificationsExtensive experience leading system turnover on large pharmaceutical capital projectsStrong background in BSS and TCCC turnover methodologiesProven experience working with major EPC firms through testing, MC, and commissioning phasesDemonstrated authority in equipment and system turnover with signature approval responsibilityStrong documentation control skills with audit-ready governance processesAbility to operate at a senior, cross-functional level with broad technical oversightPharmaceutical manufacturing experience required (Big Pharma strongly preferred)Preferred Project BackgroundLarge, complex pharmaceutical manufacturing facilitiesHigh-volume, multi-system turnover environmentsGreenfield and/or brownfield project execution
