Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Mentor, OH Duration: Long TermOverview: Join the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division as a Mechanical Engineer supporting R&D test lab activities, including mechanical systems, testing, and hydraulic applications. Work alongside senior engineers on innovative aerospace projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Support R&D lab projects under senior engineer guidanceDesign and upgrade pressure, flow, and spray test systemsImprove automation using control valves and sensorsDevelop test stand hardware and safety systemsPerform calibration of test equipmentAnalyze data, present results, and create reportsCollaborate across teams and maintain a safe work environmentRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience in mechanical design, fabrication, and troubleshootingStrong communication and technical documentation skillsTeam-oriented with good interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel occasionally
