This is a true player/coach opportunity supporting advanced embedded display technologies within a fast-paced, highly technical environment.What They're Looking For:• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience preferred (7-8+ with Master's degree considered)• Strong PCB design and schematic experience• Embedded hardware systems background• Experience with high-speed display/video technologies:HDMIDisplayPortMIPILVDS• Mixed signal design experience• Hardware bring-up/debug experience• Strong communication/customer-facing abilities• Leadership or mentoring experience preferredThe Opportunity:• Hands-on technical ownership alongside team leadership• Work directly with customers, sales teams, and engineering stakeholders• Lead design reviews and engineering execution• Support advanced Mini-LED/OLED display systems• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering teams• International collaboration with overseas manufacturing partnersAdditional Details:• International travel 2x/year• Domestic travel a few times annually• Fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering culture• Strong technical ownership and visibilityIdeal backgrounds may include:• Embedded display systems• Avionics displays• Airline entertainment systems• Automotive infotainment• Medical displays/imaging• Ruggedized display systemsIf interested, feel free to apply or message me directly.
