Program Acquisition Analyst
The Program Acquisition Support Specialist will support systems engineering and integration of Space Force projects for the Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO) on a variety of tasks and projects located at the El Segundo, CA. This position requires a Top Secret, with SCI eligibility. This role will have a range of compensation between $60-77/hour. RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Acquisition Process ManagementAssist with the execution of administrative processes across the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements definition, market research, post-award contract modifications, and closeout.Support the preparation, review, and management of acquisition documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a complete repository of contractual paperwork.Program Tracking and ReportingSupport the management of program schedules, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and assist in preparing regular performance reports to keep leadership informed and the contract on track.Assist with program budget tracking, support the preparation of financial reports, and help maintain expenditure records to support the government PM.Utilize Jira and Confluence to support the tracking of program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and to maintain comprehensive program documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.Stakeholder CoordinationFacilitate communication and coordination between government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical and administrative matters.Digital Engineering and ToolingSupport the development and use of digital engineering tools, including functional installation, setup, and maintenance of software within SSC's digital environment.Digital EngineeringFamiliarity with System-of-Systems (SoS) and Federation-of-Systems (FoS) solutions under operational scenarios to recommend modernization updates.Familiar with the design, development, and phases of software product development and operational deployment.Collaborate with Digital Engineers and Government Customers to help define lifecycle requirements and ensure robust software design using a test-driven REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSBachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree5+ years, exceptions considered based on demonstrated experienceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); adaptable to new analytical toolsExperience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for task management, managing review workflow, task delegation and collaborative documentation in a digital engineering environmentAble to create Plans/Views and manage JIRA boardsStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework for Software (military, contractor, or DoD civilian) as a SETAFamiliarity with the DoD acquisition lifecycleFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and modern software engineering principlesCompensation$60-77/hour
