Remote Relational Psychotherapist

Intersect Clinical Services is a fully remote group practice based in Massachusetts, specializing in work with high-achieving adults navigating high-pressure environments. We are seeking a culturally responsive clinician to join our small and growing practice. Our clients are often thoughtful, driven adults presenting with complex trauma, relationship concerns, identity-based stress, and racial or cultural issues, and are seeking therapy that is both depth-oriented and grounded. Our Clinical ApproachWe practice from an integrative model that includes trauma-informed care, relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based work, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Clinicians with training in other modalities are welcome, particularly those who value relational depth, clinical intentionality, and ethical practice. About YouOur ideal candidate is a thoughtful, ethical, and self-directed clinician who brings warmth, emotional presence, and curiosity into the therapeutic relationship while maintaining clear professional boundaries. You are someone who:Values strong rapport and clinical attunement with clients Works well with high-achieving adults and understands the internal pressures they often carry Approaches therapy with depth, nuance, and consistency rather than a one-size-fits-all model Is comfortable upholding practice policies and clinical structure while remaining relationally engaged Demonstrates a genuine commitment to social justice and anti-racism in both values and practice We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience working with adults from multicultural backgrounds, particularly Black/African American/African Diaspora clients. Applicants with training or lived experience related to LGBTQ+ identities and racial or cultural concerns are strongly encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIESComplete at least 20 sessions weekly (scheduling 24-25 per week) Provide effective evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique needs of each client or couple. Maintain up-to-date assessments, notes, and treatment plans as directed by clinical standards. Actively participate in a weekly case consultation/admin meeting with the Intersect team. Maintain professional and ethical behavior as well as competency in risk management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMaster's Degree (licence eligible preferred) Demonstrated cultural competence and cultural humility Experience working with clients across diverse identities Intersect Clinical Services is a newer, intentionally growing practice.
