Portfolio that shows consistency in clean, timeless imagery as well as multiple weddings and portrait sessions.
Ability to shoot engagement sessions or bridal sessions.

Canon or Sony gear (minimum: 2 bodies, wide + zoom lenses, 2 mics for 2 sources of audio through wedding day events) gimbal and light source (drone capabilities will be a bonus) (If applying to be a 2nd shooter, you do not HAVE to have all your own gear.)
Comfortable shooting solo with clean audio and stable footage (shooting the day on a gimbal, tripod, or a tool to deliver STABLE SMOOTH footage)
Consistent white balance and exposure — NO mixed lighting
Able to transfer footage and retain backups for 45 days
Polished reel showing steady, clear, well-lit storytelling
Professional Presentation Required:
All team members must dress in business professional attire during weddings, or better. They should blend in with the other guests at the wedding. This means:
Photographers/Videographers must be dressed in black or neutral tones (no jeans, polos, shorts or sneakers)
Attire should reflect the formality of the event and blend in with upscale wedding guests
Payment Terms:
Payment is issued after all RAW files or footage are received and confirmed by our headquarters.
Training & Certification Required:
All team members must complete 6–7 hours of online training videos that explain our brand standards, shooting style, and delivery process. You’ll also be required to pass a certification test before your first booking with us. This ensures consistency and alignment with our expectations across every event.
We’re assembling a team of top-tier professionals who know how to deliver beautiful work, represent a premium brand, and thrive in a fast-paced, emotionally charged wedding environment. If you feel like you fit this description we’d love to talk to you!
