Key Responsibilities
Developing objective, verifiable criteria to evaluate system performance
Reviewing system logs to refactor code and improve execution paths
Testing systems for vulnerabilities and ensuring reliability
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation
Strong command of at least two major programming languages and experience with SQL databases
Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn interactions
Experience in identifying subtle failures in system behavior
