Chief Financial Officer

Cedar Park Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial planning, reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making for a commercial construction project in Syracuse, NY. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and forecasting activities to support the company's strategic goals. Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Perform in-depth financial analysis to guide business decisions and improve financial performance. Oversee strategic planning and assist in making informed financing decisions. Manage return on investment (ROI) assessments to evaluate project profitability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls. Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role. Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Experience in strategic planning and financing decisions. Proven track record of managing financial operations in commercial settings. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
